The Master Data Analyst is responsible to ensure our enterprise wide Master Data strategy is achieved and SLA’s are met.
Responsibilities
· Keep monitor and examines the master and key data within the company
· Duties include support the business goals, identifying the meta data, collecting of the data, data standardising and assist to use the data to gain the business insight.
· Follow the SOP document and process to maintain the data standardisation and quality while onboarding any new data
· Good knowledge of customer and vendor master data.
· Quick learner – to learn the ERP application and master data application
· Maintain the updates in SOP based on the changes/new requirement in the business process
· Handle business users effectively and provide the necessary details for the queries.
· Generate the report based on the business user requirements
· Good Knowledge of the compliance proess and basic knowledge of compay sanctions
· Review the master data to validate the existing data standards
· Assisting the business users testing by providing the sample test data and support whenever the request raised
· Assising in UAT testing/PVT testing when any new enhancements that relates to master data in the CR process.
· Good knowledge in data governance and undestanding the relational data
· Ensure adequate support is available during working hours
· Oversee team schedules and breaks for coverage
· Align workloads evenly among the team
· Monitor requests to ensure that SLA's are met
· Provide level 2 support for any request that cannot be completed within SLA
· Escalate issues and obstacles the MDM team has to Supervisor
· Provide ongoing training, development and feedback to MDM team members
Qualifications
· 5 years’ experience in Master Data Management
· Work in a shared services environment serving multiple countries / regions
· Demonstrated leadership skills; strong oral and written communication, presentation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Manage workload and priorities independently
· Develop others and manage teams effectively
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
