Master Electrician - Commercial & Residential

Mend Services is seeking a skilled Master Electrician experienced in light commercial / residential service, troubleshooting and small projects. As a licensed professional, your expertise and leadership will contribute to growing the residential business and in the success of planning cost-effective projects and ensuring the delivery of world class customer service.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience, be highly organized and have strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and light commercial settings.
• Prepare detailed proposals, estimates and budgets for service work and small projects.
• Install electrical wiring, fixtures, and control devices.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and HVAC technicians, to complete projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices.
• Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Ability to multitask while effectively performing technician duties in coordination with project leadership.
• Review building plans and their elements to make accurate price estimates for electrical projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Provide viable solutions to increase project profitability.
• Complete and submit competitive project change orders in accordance with established guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Master Electrician license or equivalent certification
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in installations and repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43.00 - $52.00 per hour

• Electrical: 5 years (Required)
