Master Electrician/Supervisor

What The Role Is:

Sunny Side Solutions is hiring a Licensed Master Electrician in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves leading a team of electricians to install and troubleshoot residential solar systems. The projects will also require job designing, estimating, close out of projects, leading the apprentice program and signing off for Journeymen and apprentice's hours. Candidates should have a high school diploma and electrical experience. Experience with solar is desired but not required. The position requires travel throughout Minnesota. Sunny Side Solutions does not sponsor Visas at this time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing electrical upgrade to residential properties
• Installing solar and battery energy storage systems for residential properties
• Leading a crew of technicians
• Ensures work is performed in accordance with the local AHJ as well as environmental and safety requirements
• Participate in required training, including On-the-Job Training, Self-Study, Computer-Based Training and possible Classroom Training
• Performs work independently and/or in work crews
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Preform administrative duties

Compensation: $120 - $130 an hour USD ( with permit pulling bonuses)
