Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Master Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health and committed to delivering results that are both natural and refined.

This role is best suited for someone who values precision, client trust, and a luxury standard of care. You will play a key role in creating personalized treatment plans and building long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
• SkinPen Microneedling
• Medical-grade Chemical Peels
• Hydrafacial
• Dermaplaning
• Conduct in-depth client consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare, treatment plans, and post-care
• Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards
• Deliver a consistently elevated, professional client experience
• Collaborate with the provider to support comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Master Aesthetician License
• 2+ years of experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical setting preferred
• Experience with microneedling, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, and dermaplaning
• Strong understanding of skin health and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Professional, polished, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Hydrafacial Certification
• Experience with SkinBetter Science, ZO Skin Health, or Hydrinity
• Experience treating acne, pigmentation, and aging concerns
• Background in a luxury or high-end environment
