Master Esthetician – Job Description

Position Summary:
A Master Esthetician with 10+ years as a licensed skincare specialist with advanced training in cosmetic and medical-grade treatments. They provide high-level skin care services, assess client needs, and recommend customized treatment plans to improve and maintain skin health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced skincare treatments such as:
• Chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Light therapies (if certified)
• Advanced facials and exfoliation treatments
• Conduct detailed skin analyses and consultations
• Develop personalized skincare regimens and treatment plans
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product use
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols
• Operate and maintain skincare equipment
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products

Qualifications:

• Valid Master Esthetician license (state-specific requirements vary)
• Advanced training in medical or clinical esthetics (preferred)
• Experience with professional skincare devices and treatments
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and conditions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
