Master Esthetician

Sundari Wellness Club is a new, one-of-a-kind, medically owned wellness, weight loss, and recovery spa in Cedar City, offering advanced, non-invasive therapies in a modern, elevated environment using some of the most innovative wellness devices available.

We are seeking a motivated and professional Master Esthetician to join our team in a hybrid role that combines client care, front desk, supervisor potential, and laser therapy treatment delivery.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and is passionate about wellness, recovery, and medical weight loss. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience while supporting growth through education, engagement, and service delivery.

This position is available for a late May or early June opening, with training and onboarding beginning prior to launch. The current clinic is being built out on the North End of Cedar City. This job offers flexibility for those maintaining an existing esthetics practice, as well as a strong opportunity for those seeking a new role with big bonus potential and growth into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform medically supervised laser fat loss treatments using one of the newest and most advanced devices available in Utah
• Coordinate with medical providers for consultations and treatment plans
• Greet members and walk-in clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience
• Educate clients on all wellness and recovery services and guide them through proper use of treatment rooms and equipment
• Support membership growth through client education, recommendations, and retention
• Assist with scheduling, booking, and front desk operations
• Help organize staff scheduling and support day-to-day operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-end environment throughout the facility
• Encourage and uphold a clean-as-you-go club culture among members
• Build and maintain relationships with referral providers, med spas, estheticians, and community partners
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Licensed Master Esthetician in the state of Utah
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable educating and guiding clients on services and personalized wellness plans
• Professional, positive, and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Interest in wellness, recovery, and medical weight loss
• Sales or membership-based experience is a strong plus
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Competitive base clerical hourly pay
• Bonus structure tied to laser treatments performed each day
