Responsibilities

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Deliver a variety of skincare services such as body waxing, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines and retail products, encouraging ongoing skincare routines.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and customizing treatments for optimal results.
• Assist clients with retail sales by recommending suitable products based on their skin type and preferences.
• Support team efforts by participating in ongoing training sessions to stay current with the latest esthetic techniques and industry trends.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and skincare routines.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and satisfaction.
