About Us

FBA Skin is a fast-growing med spa located in West Jordan, Utah, focused on advanced skincare treatments, client confidence, and delivering an exceptional client experience. We specialize in services including microneedling, RF microneedling, IPL photofacials, laser hair removal, chemical peels, facials, waxing, brows, lashes, and more.

We are looking for a highly motivated Master Esthetician who is not only passionate about skincare, but also excels in customer service, sales, client retention, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments and consultations
• Create personalized treatment plans for clients based on their goals
• Educate clients on skincare products, memberships, and treatment recommendations
• Confidently recommend retail products and future services
• Build strong client relationships and maintain excellent retention
• Deliver an outstanding client experience from start to finish
• Maintain detailed client charts and treatment notes
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and professional
• Assist with social media content and client engagement when needed

Qualifications

• Active Utah Master Esthetician License
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence recommending services and products
• Ability to build trust and relationships with clients
• Positive, professional, and energetic personality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Experience with advanced treatments is preferred but not required

Schedule

Part-time to start with opportunity for additional hours and growth based on performance and clientele growth.

Monday–Friday availability preferred.
