Duties

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care.
• Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines and recommend tailored solutions for their needs.
• Provide deep tissue massages to promote relaxation and overall wellness for clients seeking holistic care.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service.
• Offer exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and ensuring their comfort throughout each appointment.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and promoting ongoing treatments to support clients’ beauty goals.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion techniques, and body waxing procedures.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients on treatments and product benefits.
• Proven experience in customer service within a beauty or wellness setting, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
• Skilled in sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Ability to perform eyelash extensions, makeup applications, nail care services, and deep tissue massages with precision.
• Enthusiastic about conducting product demos and upselling retail items confidently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and foster long-term client relationships while working collaboratively with team members.
