We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and team-oriented Master Esthetician who thrives in a high-end spa environment and is excited to grow alongside an expanding wellness and aesthetics brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including:
• Customized facials
• Hydrafacial treatments
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling support
• Dermaplaning
• Full body waxing services
• Brow shaping and tinting
• Brow lamination
• Lash lifts and lash tinting
• Advanced skin consultations
• Educate clients on skincare products and treatment plans
• Recommend memberships, packages, and homecare products
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization
• Capture before/after content and participate in social media marketing when appropriate
• Deliver a luxury-level guest experience from consultation through follow-up
• Work collaboratively with providers and front desk team to maximize client satisfaction and retention

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Master Esthetician in Virginia
• Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Professional, dependable, and motivated
• Comfortable with sales, treatment planning, and rebooking
• Experience with Hydrafacial and advanced treatments preferred
• Social media/content creation experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and team mentality required

Bonus Skills

• Experience in med spa or luxury spa setting
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare
• Confidence with consultations and treatment plans
