As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests through your expertise in various beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Provide hair styling services and hair extensions as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive beauty care.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experiences and promote business growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed advice to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent guest services, ensuring repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Experience in cosmetology or related fields is preferred.
• Strong skills in customer service with a focus on hospitality.
• Proficiency in body waxing, hair styling, and hair extensions is a plus.
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
