We are a small, growing studio, and we are looking for a Master Esthetician who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a small team where your voice, ideas and creativity truly matter. We handle the overhead, marketing and operations so you can focus on doing what you love.

Our goal is to create a space that feels like a second home for both clients and staff.

About the Role:

You will provide results-driven skincare treatments and help clients feel confident in their skin through personalized care and education.

Services may include:

• Customized facials using our clean, botanical skincare line
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling/Microchanneling
• Laser Hair Removal
• Laser Facial Treatments
• Skin consultations and treatment plans
• Professional skincare recommendations
• New services will continually be added

Qualifications:

• Licensed Master Esthetician in the state of Virginia
• Excellent consultation and communication skills
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments preferred
• Responsible, punctual, reliable and self motivated

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
