Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy, facial treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, nail care, and esthetic laser treatments
• Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to adult learners to enhance their skills and confidence in various estheology disciplines
• Mentor staff members by providing constructive feedback, coaching on best practices, and supporting their professional development
• Oversee classroom activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and industry regulations
• Conduct demonstrations of specialized treatments including dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, facials, makeup application, and aesthetic treatments
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in cosmetology to continuously improve training content and service offerings
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, certifications earned by staff, and progress reports

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
