Master Esthetician Instructor (Schedule 8:30am-430pm: Saturday, Monday and Tuesday only)

Paul Mitchell the School Raleigh is currently looking for great leaders who are passionate about the beauty industry and to expand our educational team of Esthetics Instructors. Esthetics Department (Preferred License Esthetics or Cosmetology Instructor)

Responsibilities:

- Follows and administers school curriculum and lessons

- Prepares mini-classes and learning centers for classroom and clinic classroom

learning.

- Maintains current and accurate lesson files, handouts, and posters.

- Maintains and models clinic classroom learning and professional expertise by

remaining current with state board requirements and exams. He or she provides

salon/spa preparedness training for Future Professionals.

- Tracks Future Professional attendance and progress and maintains Future

Qualifications:
- Valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina
- Proven experience as an esthetician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques
- Proficiency in makeup application for various skin types and tones
- Familiarity with hair threading techniques
- Experience with nail care services including manicures and pedicures
- Knowledge of deep tissue massage techniques

Requirement:

• He or She maintains a current Esthetics Instructors License (preferrable), Esthetics license, or Cosmetology license (with esthetics experience).
