Master Esthetician - Part Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Part-Time Master Esthetician to join our luxury medical aesthetics practice. We have two open positions, one at our McLean office and one at our Fairfax office. This role is ideal for a skilled esthetician who is passionate about advanced skincare, delivers exceptional patient experiences, and thrives in a high-end, medically supervised environment. The Master Esthetician will perform a variety of medical-grade aesthetic treatments while collaborating closely with providers to deliver personalized, results-driven care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including HydraFacials, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other medical-grade skincare services
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical recommendations
  • Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, pre- and post-care instructions, and recommended maintenance plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in the electronic medical record system
  • Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared, sanitized, and stocked according to clinical and safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with medical providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Promote retail skincare products and aesthetic services in a professional, consultative manner
  • Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient safety

Qualifications

  • Active Virginia Master Esthetician license required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred
  • Experience performing HydraFacials, chemical peels, and laser treatments strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and advanced skincare treatments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative medical team
  • Professional appearance and commitment to delivering a luxury patient experience
  • Comfortable with consultative sales and patient education
  • Lymphatic Massage experience is a plus

Schedule & Availability

  • Part-time position with flexible scheduling
  • Availability to work select weekdays and/or Saturdays
