Master Esthetician - Plastic Surgery & Med Spa

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Master Esthetician specializing in plastic surgery and medical spa treatments to join our growing medical spa team one day per week, with excellent opportunity for additional days and long-term growth as our patient demand continues to expand.

Duties

• Perform advanced skincare treatments, including: Hydrafacial, MicroPeel, IPL photofacial treatments, Laser hair removal, ClearLift laser treatments, Morpheus8 / RF microneedling treatments (low level)
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate patients regarding treatment expectations, downtime, and aftercare
• Recommend medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages
• Maintain detailed treatment documentation and charting
• Follow all laser safety, sanitation, and clinic protocols
• Prepare and maintain clean, fully stocked treatment rooms
• Collaborate with medical providers and office staff to support patient outcomes and practice growth

Requirements

• Current Nevada Advanced Esthetician license required
• Current laser/light device training compliant with Nevada requirements preferred
• Experience with IPL, laser hair removal, low level RF microneedling, and ClearLift strongly preferred
• Excellent consultation communication, and patient retention skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Schedule

• 1 day per week initially
• Strong opportunity for growth to additional days as demand increases

Preferred

• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice
• Confidence with skincare product & treatment recommendations
