Master Esthetician - Regenerative Medical Clinic

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and patient-focused Master Esthetician to join our regenerative medical clinic specializing in non-invasive body contouring, weight loss support, and body sculpting treatments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with patients, helping clients achieve confidence and wellness goals, and providing an exceptional treatment experience.

The primary focus of this position will be performing body contouring and wellness treatments using advanced Eris body sculpting technologies while supporting patients throughout their transformation journey.

Duties

• Perform non-invasive body contouring and body sculpting treatments using Eris technologies
• Work one-on-one with patients to create a comfortable, supportive, and motivating experience
• Educate patients on treatment plans, realistic expectations, hydration, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations
• Track patient progress, measurements, and treatment documentation
• Customize treatment protocols based on patient goals and progress
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Build strong client relationships and encourage treatment plan compliance
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide a high-quality patient experience

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Licensed Master Esthetician
• Experience with body contouring technologies preferred
• Familiarity with EMS sculpting, ultrasound cavitation, radio frequency, laser lipo, vacuum therapy, decompression, or shockwave therapy is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional bedside manner and patient-focused attitude
• Passion for wellness, aesthetics, weight loss, and body confidence
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
• Strong organization and time management skills
