Master Esthetician/Aesthetician

We are looking for a licensed Master Esthetician to join our growing team. Our goal is to create a supportive, welcoming environment where employees feel valued and excited to come to work each day. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facial and body skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations
• Provide specialized services such as chemical peels
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and client comfort
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product use
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Stay current on industry trends and continuing education requirements
• Collaborate with massage therapists and studio staff to enhance client experience
• Document client treatment plans accurately and confidentially
• Support retail sales through thoughtful product recommendations

Qualifications

• Valid Master Esthetician license in Virginia (Required)
• Completion of a Master Esthetics educational program
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a wellness studio
• Open to participating in social media content to help build your client base
• Experience in spa, med spa, or skincare settings preferred
