What You'll Do

As a Substitute Master Esthetician Instructor, you'll provide instructional support and help maintain a positive, engaging, and productive learning environment for students pursuing careers in advanced esthetics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting students with curriculum questions, coursework, and hands-on learning activities.
• Presenting organized learning opportunities aligned with approved course outlines and instructional objectives.
• Supporting classroom, laboratory, and clinic-based instruction as directed by faculty.
• Maintaining accountability and supervision of students in classrooms, labs, and office areas.
• Adapting equipment, materials, and instructional resources to support specific learning objectives.
• Promoting professionalism, safety, sanitation, and industry best practices.
• Ensuring the safe use of instructional facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintaining an organized, positive, and disciplined learning environment.
• Communicating effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Supporting the overall success of the Master Esthetics program and student learning experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Master Esthetician License in good standing.
• Professional experience in master esthetics, medical esthetics, skincare, or a related field.
• Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain advanced esthetics concepts and procedures.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional, positive, and student-focused learning environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software applications.
• Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
