Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and sales-driven Medical Esthetician or Nurse Injector to join our growing practice. You’ll perform advanced aesthetic and body contouring treatments, provide expert consultations, and help clients achieve life-changing results through customized care.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments, including:

o Injectables: Neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP
o RF Microneedling: Scarlet SRF, Morpheus8, or similar technologies

o Dermaplane

o Chemical Peels and waxing
o HydraFacial and Aquafirm facial treatments
o PRP Injectables for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration (Training if needed)

· Conduct in-depth consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
· Recommend and sell treatment packages and skincare products to meet client goals.
· Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and follow-up.
· Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards.
· Participate in team training and professional development opportunities.
· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, world-class client experience.

Qualifications

• · Licensed Esthetician, Registered Nurse (RN), or Nurse Injector in the State of Colorado.

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting.

Skilled and confidence

• Injectables (neurotoxins, fillers, PRP)
• RF Microneedling and other energy-based devices
• Body contouring (CoolSculpting, CoolTone, or equivalent)
• HydraFacial and Aquafirm systems
• PRP and hair restoration procedures

· Strong consultation and sales skills, with a proven record of achieving targets.
· Motivated, professional, and team-oriented with a passion for aesthetics.
· Ability to build and grow your own client book.

Compensation

· Hourly Pay: $35–$50/hour (based on experience and certifications)

· Commission:

o 5%–20% on services sold
o 10% on product sales

· Bonuses:

o Monthly performance bonuses
o Quarterly new-client and retention bonuses
