Bespoke Beauty & Wellness is a luxury beauty and wellness practice specializing in Korean skincare, advanced skin treatments, aesthetics, and personalized client care. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Master Lash Artist to join our expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to step into an established client base while also growing your own clientele within a thriving beauty and wellness environment.

With our owner preparing for maternity leave, we are looking for a highly skilled lash professional who can confidently take over existing lash clients, maintain exceptional service standards, and help continue the growth of our lash department.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking over and servicing an existing lash clientele
• Building and growing your own loyal client base
• Performing Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extension services
• Providing lash fills, removals, consultations, and aftercare education
• Delivering an elevated luxury client experience
• Rebooking clients and maintaining strong retention
• Creating before-and-after content for social media
• Collaborating with our skincare and wellness team on client referrals
• Maintaining treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

Master Lash Artist Experience Required

The ideal candidate:

• Has advanced lash extension training and experience
• Is highly skilled in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume techniques
• Has a strong portfolio of work
• Is confident managing an existing client base immediately
• Has excellent client retention and communication skills
• Is professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment
• Has an active Georgia Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Existing clientele is a major plus
