Are you a top-tier Lash Artist looking for a high-volume studio to call home? LA LA LASH is expanding! We are looking for a Master Level Artist to join our team. We currently have openings at our premier Brookhaven location and our Sandy Springs studio.

This is a high-growth opportunity for a self-driven artist who excels at their craft and wants an uncapped income. Whether you are looking to build a new book or transition an existing one, we offer the premium environment and marketing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Expert Artistry: Apply master-level lash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega-Volume) with precision mapping.
• Full Service: Perform Lash Lifts, Tints (Lash/Brow), Henna, Brow Lamination, and precision Waxing.
• Client Experience: Provide high-end consultations, styling for specific eye shapes, and exceptional aftercare education.
• Professionalism: Manage client feedback with solutions and maintain a pristine, sanitized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in the lash industry preferred (exceptional portfolios with less experience will be considered).
• Skills: Proficient in advanced styling, such as handmade fans and creative mapping.
• Licensing: Active Georgia Cosmetology or Esthetician License required.
• Clientele: Artists with a transferable client pool are eligible for a higher premium commission tier.
