Master Level Therapist Indianapolis and surrounding areas

Overview
Trinity Consulting & Counseling is seeking licensed or license-eligible (within 2 years) therapists and social workers to join our team in delivering trauma-informed therapy services under the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) contract.

As an HCBS DCS Therapist, you’ll provide home-based individual and family therapy, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and work with DCS-involved children, adolescents, and families to promote healing and stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy in homes, schools, or community-based locations
• Complete intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Use evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, etc.)
• Maintain compliant, timely documentation in our EHR system
• Collaborate with DCS caseworkers, caregivers, and care teams

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible (within 2 years) as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT in Indiana
• Experience working with child welfare/DCS-involved families is preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Experience in clinical counseling or mental health counseling is preferred.
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and case management practices.
• Familiarity with behavioral health principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Previous experience in group therapy or individual group counseling is a plus.
