Master Medical Esthetician

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Master Licensed Medical Aesthetician with a passion for skincare, wellness, and results-driven treatments. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and passionate about helping clients achieve their best skin through education, personalized treatment plans, and advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facial treatments
• Operate and maintain medical-grade devices
• Educate patients on skincare routines and products, including La Bella MD’s private label skincare line
• Recommend personalized treatment plans and packages based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate and timely charting in compliance with protocols
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional events
• Uphold La Bella MD's high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client care
• Cross-promote injectables, wellness treatments, and retail products

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Esthetician or Cosmetologist License (Medical Aesthetician experience preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or medical aesthetics setting. Must have experience.
• Skilled in multiple modalities and treatment customization
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and goal-driven
• Experience with charting and treatment tracking

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
