Job Overview

Patrones is looking for exceptionally fast, organized, and reliable Bartenders who can hold down a high-volume bar under intense pressure. As a restaurant-club hybrid closing at 2:00 AM, our bar is the center of gravity for the venue.

We need bartenders who are lightning-fast with craft cocktails, possess deep spirit knowledge, and maintain total control over their space. We have zero tolerance for drama, slow execution, or a messy workspace. If you are a hardworking professional who takes pride in speed, precision, and building a loyal local following, we want you behind our bar.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Execution: Prepare high-quality, premium cocktails rapidly and accurately during high-intensity peak and late-night hours.
• Bar Control & Efficiency: Keep the bar area exceptionally clean, organized, and stocked throughout the night to maximize speed and minimize waste.
• Guest Engagement: Provide top-tier hospitality to bar guests, managing high-volume ordering while maintaining an upscale, welcoming, and energetic vibe.
• Tight Cash & Inventory Control: Ring in every drink accurately using the POS system, manage cash drawers with 100% accuracy, and meticulously track inventory/spoilage.
• Safety & Compliance: Responsibly serve alcohol, check IDs strictly, and handle late-night crowd control with professionalism and authority.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional bartending experience, specifically in high-volume nightlife, high-end lounges, or busy restaurant bars.
• Speed & Intelligence: Deep, immediate knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and premium spirits, with the ability to build multiple drinks simultaneously without freezing.
• Unrivaled Work Ethic: Hardworking, self-motivated, and proactive. You look for things to clean or prep during any downtime.
• Emotional Intelligence: Sharp conflict-resolution skills to handle late-night customer dynamics smoothly and professionally.
• Reliability: Strict punctuality and a professional, drama-free attitude toward team collaboration.
• Hiring Process Note: Candidates will be required to pass a practical mixology and speed audition during the interview process.

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
