Pay & Earnings

• $22–$28 per hour starting, based on experience
• Painters working at approximately $25/hr can earn up to ~$68,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses
• Weekly, consistent work — no seasonal layoffs

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality residential and light commercial repaint work
• Follow proven systems for prep, protection, application, and cleanup
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional conduct
• Meet production and quality standards on every project

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional painting experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
