Role Overview:

• Develop accurate, high-quality patterns for new designs according to sketches and measurements
• Work closely with the design and sampling teams to ensure perfect fit and finish
• Adjust and refine patterns based on fittings and production feedback
• Manage and maintain a library of manual and digital patterns
• Ensure production feasibility and consistency across all styles

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in a fashion brand or production house
• Strong understanding of garment construction, draping, and grading
• Expertise in manual pattern making; knowledge of CAD systems is a plus
• Keen eye for detail and precision in every stitch and seam
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
