Master Plumber

Job Summary
We need a licensed Master Plumber who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of property maintenance. You will be our go-to expert for all thing plumbing on multi-family and residential units. This isn't just a "wrench-turning" job; you will be a key partner in our growth, taking calls, bidding, and managing the plumbing for an extensive unit portfolio. Exposure to HVAC systems is also ideal.

Key Responsibilities

• Service & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including slab leaks and major blockages.
• Drainage Expert: Manage and repair residential drainage systems and sewer lines.
• New Installations: We hope to one day grow into doing new installs for multi family projects
• Leak Detection: Utilize advanced tools to find and fix leaks
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets current Utah plumbing codes and passes all inspections.
• Team Leadership: Act as the "Master Plumber Qualifier" for the business, potentially supervising future journeymen and apprentices.

Qualifications

• License: Current, valid Utah Master Plumber License (Required).
• Experience: Proven experience in residential service, drainage, and new installations.
• Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to find leaks and troubleshoot unique issues in older units.
• Communication: Happy to take calls, interact with property managers/tenants, and explain repairs clearly.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Flexibility: Familiarity with HVAC systems, remodeling projects, maintenance procedures, and handyman tasks is highly desirable.
• Estimate: Estimate construction costs related to plumbing work by assessing materials, labor, and time requirements accurately.
