Master Plumber

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential construction sites. Duties

• Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites, including pipe threading, pipe fitting, and fixture installation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of plumbing layouts.
• Supervise and coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of plumbing tasks while maintaining safety standards.
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material take-offs and labor requirements to support project planning.
• Perform welding, pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as needed to complete complex plumbing installations.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems or other mechanical components connected to plumbing infrastructure.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide field service support by diagnosing problems on-site and implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates, maintenance logs, and incident reports.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or residential projects with a strong understanding of heavy lifting and assembly techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes specific to plumbing systems.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge related to HVAC integration.
• Hands-on experience with welding techniques and pipe threading tools is essential.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong background in remodeling or handyman work is a plus for versatile project support.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for site travel or material transport needs.
