[About the Role]

Korea High Tech Inc. is seeking a licensed Michigan Master Plumber to serve as the Qualifying Officer for operations based in Lansing, Michigan.

You will act as the primary license holder enabling the company to operate as a licensed Plumbing Contractor in the Lansing area.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, administrative authorization, and code supervision rather than daily field labor.

[Key Responsibilities]

License Sponsorship
Serve as the designated Master Plumber for Korea High Tech Inc.’s Michigan Plumbing Contractor License.

Regulatory Compliance
Communicate with LARA and Lansing municipal authorities regarding plumbing permits and inspections.

Administrative Oversight
Authorize plumbing documentation, permits, and close-out certifications for Lansing projects.

Code Compliance
Ensure all plumbing installations meet Michigan Plumbing Code standards.

Limited Field Presence
Attend Lansing-area sites only when necessary for inspections or critical milestones.

[Qualifications]

• Valid, active Michigan Master Plumber License in good standing
• Eligible to serve as a full-time W-2 Qualifying Officer
• Strong understanding of Michigan plumbing regulations and Lansing municipal requirements
