Job Duties

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with clear repair recommendations
• Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, valves, and related plumbing systems
• Ensure all plumbing work meets local code requirements and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the service process
• Maintain accurate job documentation, notes, and photos within company software
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Help mentor apprentices or junior plumbers as the department grows
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Some overtime or emergency service work may occasionally be required only on weekends

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Master Plumber License required
• Current Minneapolis and St. Paul Plumbing license required
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience with residential service and installation work
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
• Strong customer communication and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and code requirements
