Master Plumber - Residential Service -Salary/Bonus/401k/PTO

We are Blue Chip Maintenance LLC, a Family owned and operated residential maintenance company looking for a Licensed Master Plumber to service our Tampa Bay Market. Always home at night, typical days are 8-5p, with 2 days off each week including every Sunday. We are looking for a professional tradesmen who is eager work and be compensated generously based on job completion. This is not contract work, we are looking for a long term relationship with an employee who wants stability in salary and schedule with an opportunity earn bonuses each month!

Main Responsibilities of a Plumbing Coordinator:

• You will be servicing residential homes for a wide range of plumbing projects from start to finish to ensure they are completed in a timely, efficient and quality manner.
• Typical tasks include: Water heater repair/installation, Main line repair, Shower cartridges/valves replacements, general plumbing repair work.
• You must be well-versed in all plumbing methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master Licensed plumber who enjoys your trade with at least 5 years experience
• Love the idea of growth and making more, but you don't love the idea of owning your own business
• Ambitious and don't mind hard work
• Experience with Customer service and building client relationships

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starts with a $85-90K base salary + Bonus
• 401k matching up to 4%
• 6 month & 12 Month review for pay increase based on performance
• Van provided or Vehicle stipend of $500 monthly if want to keep own vehicle
