Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. This role involves overseeing plumbing projects, ensuring code compliance, mentoring junior plumbers, and delivering top-tier service to residential and/or commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water, gas, drainage)
• Diagnose issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Supervise and train apprentice and journeyman plumbers
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and team members
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

• Valid Master Plumber license in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, St. Charles County or a Journeyman plumber with the hours to become a Master Plumber. Company will pay for Master Plumbers test
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety standards
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
