Daher/Kodiak Aircraft is looking for a detail‑driven and analytical Master Production Scheduler to own long‑range production planning for our aircraft programs. This role is critical to keeping production on schedule, supporting certification milestones, and aligning operations with company goals.
You’ll partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to manage aircraft configurations, monitor performance, identify risks early, and help drive recovery plans in a fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Develop, maintain, and manage the Master Production Schedule, including 18‑month plans aligned to forecast demand.

Ensure compliance with Kodiak quality systems and production controls (PC).

Implement revisions and work authorizations related to production and schedule changes.

Review and update forecasts, production schedules, and material requirements.

Support new product introductions through collaborative scheduling and planning.

Resolve MRP and planning discrepancies to maintain schedule accuracy.

Document and standardize Master Production Scheduling processes using MRP best practices.

Analyze production orders, processing schedules, inventory levels, capacity constraints, and timing requirements.

Build and track key performance indicators to ensure the right parts, in the right configuration, at the right time.

Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

Manage aircraft configurations and production flow in coordination with Production Management.

Partner with Supply Chain to identify obsolete or excess materials.

Participate in cross‑functional meetings covering sales forecasts, manufacturing plans, metrics, line fill rates, and supply chain performance.

Publish and distribute production work documents for aircraft and major assemblies.

Ensure the Master Production Schedule aligns with S&OP requirements and is accurately reflected in the MRP system.

Coordinate schedule approvals with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production leadership.
Required Qualifications

5–6 years of experience in a planning‑related role.

5 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing or aerospace supply chain strongly preferred.

Hands‑on experience with MRP systems required; Vantage experience preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Comfortable working with Windows‑based systems and software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Information related to the position:
The compensation range is $60,000 to $75,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role.
