The Work

This is a field-based sales role for professionals who take pride in helping customers make confident decisions.

• Conduct in-home and on-site sales consultations
• Recommend HVAC system replacements tailored to customer needs
• Present and explain financing options
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals
• Work closely with technicians as leads are set to you
• Walk customers through signing estimates and completing financing paperwork
• Solve complex situations — the kind of work that builds your reputation and skill set
• Build strong relationships that drive repeat and referral business
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish
• Stay current with HVAC products, systems, and industry trends

What We Need

Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC unit sales experience
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pride in quality work and customer experience

Nice to Have

• Factory certifications
• Controls experience
