Master Social Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and resources to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role involves crisis intervention, behavioral health support, and advocacy for clients in need. The Social Worker will work collaboratively with community resources to promote well-being and facilitate access to essential services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and management services to individuals in distress.
• Engage in motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients towards positive change.
• Collaborate with community organizations to enhance workforce development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the IDT team for care coordination.
• Assist clients with navigating Section 8 housing applications and other social services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and case management activities.
• Stay informed about Medical policies and other relevant regulations impacting client care.

Experience

• A degree in Social Work or a related field is required; health care background preferred.
• Proven experience in crisis intervention and management within a social work setting.
• Familiarity with behavioral health practices and adult welfare systems is essential.

Pay: $120 per actual visit
