Master Spray Foam Installer

ENERGY Insulation, Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Master Spray Foam Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for the proper setup, operation, maintenance, and application of spray foam insulation systems on residential and commercial projects throughout Central Florida.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience installing all types of insulation, possess a strong work ethic, and take pride in delivering clean, professional, and high-quality work. This individual must be capable of maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up, calibrate, start, operate, and shut down spray foam equipment.
• Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation on a variety of surfaces and building types.
• Complete residential and commercial insulation projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Maintain spray foam rigs, hoses, guns, and related equipment.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized jobsites.
• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members.
• Assist with blown-in fiberglass insulation, air sealing, and other insulation-related services as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Load, unload, and maintain materials and equipment.
• Accurately document job completion and report any issues or equipment concerns.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in the insulation industry is required.
• Extensive hands-on experience installing both open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation.
• Ability to independently operate spray foam equipment from startup to shutdown.
• Strong understanding of spray foam application techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, elevated areas, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow job specifications and work orders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or managing jobsite operations.
• Experience with blown-in fiberglass insulation and air sealing.
• .
• Spray foam manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Additional Opportunities

At times, project schedules may allow flexibility for additional work opportunities. Employees may choose to assist with general property maintenance and improvement projects on the farm where our shop and operations facility are located, or enjoy available time off when workload permits.
