Role Overview

The Master Teacher Trainee (MTT) role is an onsite training programme designed to groom passionate educators into high-performing online teachers. The programme focuses on subject expertise, teaching excellence, student engagement, and performance-driven outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Teaching Support

• Participate in structured onsite training on Vedantu’s pedagogy, curriculum, and teaching tools
• Assist senior teachers during live online classes
• Conduct demo sessions, doubt-solving classes, and revision sessions
• Gradually take independent classes under mentorship

Student Engagement & Academic Support

• Engage students effectively using interactive teaching methods
• Address student queries and academic concerns in a timely manner
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback

Content & Assessment Support

• Support in preparing lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials
• Assist in creating assessments, quizzes, and practice questions
• Analyze student performance data to improve learning outcomes

Quality & Performance

• Follow Vedantu’s teaching standards and quality benchmarks
• Implement feedback from mentors and academic leaders
• Continuously enhance teaching quality and classroom experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject
• Strong passion for teaching and learning
• Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, and English (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working from office in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends)

Preferred Skills

• Prior teaching, tutoring, TA, or academic support experience
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
• Tech-savvy with basic understanding of online teaching platforms
• Student-first approach with adaptability and patience
