The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) vehicles, with additional experience in Ford being a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle issues, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on CDJR and Ford vehicles.
• Utilise diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems accurately.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively about repairs and maintenance.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technician, preferably with CDJR brands.
• Valid automotive service technician certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
