Master's Level Clinician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Master's Level Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to clients, focusing on a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and clinical practices within a clinic setting. The Clinician will work with diverse populations, including children and individuals facing gender issues or chronic pain.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including behavioral therapy and psychotherapy.
• Address specific client needs such as chronic pain counseling and gender issues counseling.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance treatment methodologies and outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health care and participate in ongoing professional development.

Skills

• Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and experience working with children is highly desirable.
• Strong background in psychotherapy, with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing processes.
• Knowledge of chronic pain counseling strategies and gender issues counseling approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to conduct clinical research and apply findings to improve therapeutic practices.
• Compassionate approach to client care, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.

Education

Master's Degree in Psychology or a Human Services field
