Masters Level Full Time Social Worker

The Horsham Clinic is seeking a dynamic and talented Full Time Social Worker.

The Social Worker provides clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic and the NASW. The Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, and discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
LAPC/LPC or LSW/LCSW preferred.
Inpatient psychiatric population experience preferred
Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management.
Knowledge of individual, group, and family therapies
Flexibility for float reassignment to units providing care to varied populations including children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
Must be a team player and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
