Masters Mental Health Therapist

Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Associate)
Location: Bloomington, Indiana (Hybrid options available)

New Outlook Counseling Center is a thriving, client-centered private practice located in Bloomington, Indiana, committed to providing high-quality, trauma-informed mental health services in a supportive, collaborative environment. We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent in Indiana) to join our growing team. This opportunity is open for full-time or part-time employment with flexible scheduling.

Position Overview:

As a clinician at New Outlook Counseling Center, you will provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families depending on your area of expertise and preferred caseload. We encourage clinicians to develop their ideal caseload based on specialty, population, and clinical interest. We offer strong administrative support, clinical collaboration, and autonomy in a warm and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients in accordance with Indiana licensure and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with Medicaid, insurance, and practice guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in supervision or consultation as needed.
  • Comply with all practice policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a manageable caseload aligned with full-time or part-time designation.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Required: Active Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or associate license working toward full licensure (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA).
  • Experience providing individual therapy; interest in working with children, teens, or specialized populations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to inclusive, affirming, and culturally competent care.

Schedule:

  • Flexible: Set your own hours
  • Part-time: Minimum 10 client hours/week
  • Full-time: 25+ client hours/week (with PTO, 401K, Sick time)
