Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality matcha drinks, coffee beverages, and other café offerings with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure each guest feels valued and satisfied
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and serving stations
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations
• Assist with food preparation tasks to support smooth café operations and timely service
• Uphold food handling protocols and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Skills

• Proven barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
• Familiarity with matcha preparation methods and specialty tea drinks
• Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales reconciliation
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and food preparation in a café or retail setting

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
