Material Buyer

Candidate selected will be responsible for expediting raw materials to meet the requirements of the production scheduling team. Candidate will be responsible for negotiating with vendors to reduce the cost of materials. Candidate will also be responsible for quoting materials for the Sales Department and working with Quality Control in reviewing Non-Conformance Reports.

Pay Type: Salaried

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

Candidate must have strong written, math, and communication skills. Candidate must be proficient with computers, including the use of Excel. Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work with confidential data. Previous experience in purchasing is preferred for this position but is not required.
