Material Coordinator – Façade (Aluminium & Glass)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Material Coordinator with experience in façade, aluminium, and glass works. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating material planning, procurement follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material requirements for ongoing projects
• Prepare and track LPOs, delivery schedules, and material requests
• Follow up with suppliers for on-time material delivery
• Coordinate with site team, store, and procurement department
• Maintain proper records of material stock and movement
• Ensure materials meet project specifications
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in aluminium / façade industry
• Knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass, fittings, and accessories
• Experience in material coordination / logistics / store handling
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Preferred:

• UAE façade project experience
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
