Material Coordinator – Ready Mix Company

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Material Coordinator to manage and monitor the flow of materials used in our Ready Mix operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling raw materials, plant stock, delivery tracking, and coordination with procurement and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily material requirements for batching plants (cement, aggregates, admixtures, chemicals, diesel, etc.).
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Check and record incoming materials, delivery notes, and stock movements.
• Update daily stock reports and notify management of shortages or delays.
• Work closely with the purchasing and store departments for material requests and replenishment.
• Verify GRN (Goods Received Notes) and ensure proper documentation.
• Track and record fuel, spare parts, and plant consumables usage.
• Assist in monthly stocktaking and reconciliation.
• Ensure materials are stored and handled according to company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 1–3 years of UAE experience in material coordination (Ready Mix / Construction preferred).
• Good knowledge of concrete materials, logistics, and stock management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
