Material Engineer (Dubai Experience Only)

We are looking for an experienced Material Engineer to join our team for major infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve project materials in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, RTA requirements, and consultant standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit Material Submittals, Method Statements, ITPs, MIRs, MARs, and other quality-related documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams for material approvals and inspections.
• Ensure all materials used at site comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and approved source/manufacturer details.
• Conduct and monitor material testing activities including concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, steel, waterproofing, and other construction materials.
• Coordinate with approved laboratories for testing, sampling, inspection, and test reports.
• Maintain proper records of material approvals, test results, inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Support QA/QC team in closing material-related comments, NCRs, and consultant observations.
• Ensure compliance with project quality plan, RTA standards, and consultant requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as Material Engineer in infrastructure / roads / bridges projects.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience in Dubai RTA projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of material testing, approval procedures, project specifications, and QA/QC documentation.
• Experience with consultants/client approvals, laboratory coordination, and site inspection procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Candidates available in UAE and able to join immediately will be preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Roads, bridges, underpasses, flyovers, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• RTA / Dubai Municipality / DEWA / authority-related project experience.
• Working experience with contractors or consultants in UAE infrastructure projects.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
