Slate, tile, and wood shake roofing, as well as architectural sheet metal fabrication and installation.

We are hiring individuals who want to build a career, learn a niche trade with great earning potential, and be apart of a growing team. We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to help with material movement and job support. We are looking for someone who is also interested in doing some roofing. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the roofing trade in between handling the materials. When not supplying the crew with materials and tending to shop duties you will be on the roof helping with general roofing tasks and laborer. Your pay rate will be determined by your background and experience level.

Material Handling Job duties:

Job duties can vary, we can be on a variety of projects any given week, so flexibility is crucial. Some general duties include but aren’t limited to;

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
• Safely operating company trucks
• Pulling a trailer when required
• Transporting materials between job sites or storage locations
• Keeping materials and equipment organized

Roofing Job duties:

• Demolition
• Move materials around
• Putting on a variety of roof styles
• Historical Restoration
• Rebuilding box gutters
• Management can change or add to job duties at anytime

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• Must have dependable transportation
• Comfortable operating trucks and pulling a trailer
• Ability to work alone without constant supervision
• Must be physically able to do heavy lifting when needed
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds consecutively
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

What we are looking for:

Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and treats equipment with care. Experience in roofing, construction, landscaping, or material handling is a plus, but not required for the right person.
