The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler/Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and management of materials and inventory within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Transport materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks ensuring materials are moved safely and securely.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specified procedures, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines, promptly report any safety hazards, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Documentation and Reporting: Complete all necessary paperwork, input data into inventory systems, and communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar role preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding role with frequent lifting, standing, bending, and reaching
• May work in a variety of temperature settings (e.g., cooler or non-climate-controlled areas)
• Primarily indoor work, some work outdoor work may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
