Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Material Purchase & Payment Follow-Up Executive to manage market purchasing of materials and coordinate payment follow-ups with vendors and suppliers. The role involves regular fieldwork and communication with vendors to ensure smooth material flow and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase required materials from the local market as per company requirements
• Identify reliable vendors and negotiate prices when needed
• Follow up with suppliers for pending payments (both phone and in-person visits)
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and payment status
• Coordinate with accounts and production teams for material planning
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Mechanical Engineering qualification
• Fresher or 1+ year of experience in purchasing or related field
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of mechanical materials is preferred
• Responsible, honest, and willing to do fieldwork

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
